Has the features I wanted. Dual tanks w/drain for each that never leaks. Direct access to tank & line pressure valves and fast recycle times. It can go a week before there is enough leakdown to caasue it to cycle. My old compressor cycled every 30-40 minutes and never felt as powerful as I wanred. Would recommend Hitachi to anyone!

This is similar to my other Hitachi twin-stack except it has the panel and dual couplers. I would recommend any Hitachi-made air compressor, but this one offers more protection without weighing significantly more. It easily handles two large nailers or staplers. This was too good a deal to pass up. It stays in the shop while the EC12 rides in the truck.

I was initially sceptical of reconditioned tools but i went ahead a took a chance with this compressor. I am absolutely impressed with the quality of this product that I become a repeat buyer of reconditioned tools.

Great compressor with cheap plastic gauge panel. Panel has already cracked from normal use and now hangs by one screw. There are holes and recesses for four fasteners in the panel bu Hitachi elected to use just two. Buy the other similar Hitachi twin stack and avoid the cheap plastic.

Excellent product with excellent service from Recon Sales. Got compressor in a gauge was broken from shipping Recon sales replaced gauge immediately. Compressor runs great and is extremely portable.

The compressor arrived in a like-new condition and I was very impressed with the attention to detail that was seen in the condition of the product. couplers started leaking on the third day. reset switch burned out and air compressor doesnt work if it gets below 50 degreese outside

great design, but the cold weather startup (50* < ) really sucks. takes alot of time & gets frustating!! Also, just before it kicks on, it usually won't drive the last couple nails in all the way. also frustrating! would like to know how to adjust it.
