The C12FSA combines the accuracy you would expect with added cut capacities. The C12FSA has a soft start to reduce wear and noise during start-up. An electronic feedback system enables the 12" blade to maintain RPM during cuts. Hitachi's linear ball-bearing slide system provides superior accuracy for all cuts. This saw comes complete with dust bag, slide fence, vice clamp, and carbide blade.

Features
The C12FSA features a belt-driven 12 AMP motor that gradually progresses to the maximum RPM level, preventing an upward jerk due to torque when started. The C12FSA's constant blade speed delivers a clean cut every time, due to an electronic feedback control feature in the motor. This ingenious saw prevents slow downs that can produce rough cuts by sensing an increase in resistance and drawing more power to maintain RPM. The motor features an overload protection safety device that shuts itself down if it begins to draw too much power.
Wood chips flying in your face and eyes are a thing of the past, thanks to the patented Hitachi safety chip deflector. The C12FSA provides the accuracy demanded by the professional trim carpenter with its industry-unique positive miter stops. Weighing only 55 lbs, this saw can be easily transported from jobsite to jobsite.
